God's Creation Wildlife Museum

Large collection of mounted wildlife exhibits from different areas all over the world. Exhibits include touch tables with hides and antlers, as well as a display of the “Big Five,” the most dangerous animals in Africa.

Port O'Plymouth Museum

Unique museum featuring the 1864 Civil War Battle of Plymouth, the second largest battle fought in North Carolina. The battle was the last major victory of the war for the Confederacy. Now on the Civil War Trails program in NC. Reenactment held here each year.

Roanoke River Lighthouse and Maritime Museum

Located in downtown Plymouth along the waterfront. Experience life as a lighthouse keeper. This museum also offers information on cypress canoes and life along the Roanoke River during the 19th century. Also includes a collection of outboard motors and restored pleasure boats.
